  My experience was great until I learned they failed to wipe my pictures and Facebook off my phone before they sold it to someone else. What makes it worse is that when I talked to Trevor about it, he told me the lady who had my pictures and fb had brought the phone back in but he didn’t wipe the pictures off the phone yet as she had since taken some on the phone and he didn’t want her to lose her pictures. It seemed like no big deal to him that this lady had all my photos but I feel violated. Her new phone was supposed to be in yesterday and I’ve had no follow up to reassure me that it’s been taken care of. I was told it was an older lady that didn’t realize she was on my FB account. So it seemed like he felt like I shouldn’t be worried about it. Back up your own phone and don’t trust them to wipe it clean.
